A few changes have been made to the winter holiday schedule for HART. The agency has introduced Sunday-level service on New Year's Day, as opposed to having no bus service on that day in years past. SCAT: From my understanding, the proposed SCAT express service to St. Pete has been put on hold until later in 2010. The agency is still awaiting an order of several motorcoach-style buses to use on the service. Yes people, the transition is well on now. A couple sources have told me that HART now has 9 new Gillig Low Floor buses in service, that is, buses 2901 through 2909.
