What’s New? – 01/02/2024

Welcome to 2024! With my recent push to finally complete major chunks of The Global Transit Guidebook website, I want to provide a quick update on what I’ve been able to update thus far & what’s to come in the next few months.

• Already completed (for the most part):
  • The Florida Transports section – encompassing every major transit agency within the Sunshine State that I’ve covered over the years – is practically complete. Of course there will be periodic updates as time goes on, but the bulk of the content is in place for your viewing.
  • Other portions of the website received a refresh to try & keep everything consistent across all pages, including the About section.
• In progress:
  • The Central & Midwest U.S. section is currently being worked on – with subsections dedicated to transit agencies that I’ve either rode or observed during my recent travels. Agencies include the Chicago CTA, South Bend Transpo, & Toledo TARTA.
  • The Transit Across The Globe section is also currently being worked on – with a reinvigorated comprehensive section coming soon for public transit in Paris, France.
• What’s to come later:
  • The Southeast & Mid-Atlantic U.S., Northeast U.S., & Coastal West U.S. sections will be built up as the year progresses. I plan to begin work on these sections once the In progress work above is largely completed.
