Operates weekdays only
Tarpon Springs (Huey Ave @ Tarpon Ave), Tarpon Mall, Alternate 19, Causeway Plaza, Bayshore Blvd, Main St/580, Mease Manor, Patricia/Highland Ave, Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater Fundamental Middle School (only when classes are in session), Park St Terminal (Downtown Clearwater).
Regional Express Services
PSTA operates two intercounty express services with varying spans of service & frequency.
Not all PSTA stops are served by Regional Express buses, so be sure to double check that your stop is served by the route you’re trying to catch!
Service has been discontinued effective 10/04/2026.
Customers may use the following services to connect to/from Downtown St. Pete to/from Downtown Tampa.
Route 727 – along with HART Routes 10 or 30.
Routes 4A/B & 300 – along with HART Routes 10 or 30.
Tampa Bay Ferry Service (launch date TBD).
For Britton Plaza; Route 727 – along with HART Routes 10, 19, 30, 36, &/or 360LX.
Note: PSTA Route 300 does not operate on weekends. HART Route 360LX does not operate north of Britton Plaza on Sundays.
For Gateway Mall; Routes 4A/B, 9A/B, or 16.
Largo/Downtown Tampa via TPA Airport
Ulmerton Rd Park-N-Ride Lot (near Starkey Rd), Ulmerton Rd, PSTA 34th St N Transfer Center, I-275, Howard Frankland Bridge, TPA Airport Bus Hub, Marion St, HART Marion Transit Center.
Available Connections:
- At the PSTA 34th St N Transfer Center:
- Routes 4, 11, 52, 58, & 59.
- At the TPA Airport Bus Hub:
- HART Routes 10, 30, & 32.
- At the HART Marion Transit Center:
- HART Routes 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 19, 30, 275LX%, & 360LX^+.
- ^ – HART Routes 24LX & 25LX do not serve the Marion Transit Center or Britton Plaza.
- + – HART Route 360LX does not travel northeast of Britton Plaza on Sundays.

The new way to connect between Downtown St. Pete & Tampa International Airport!
Route 727 service has been long proposed – with the earliest plans dating back to at least the late 2000s & the planning baton being passed back & forth between HART & PSTA. Up until now, neither agency has been able to secure proper funding for the service.
With local, county, & state funding avenues secured as of summer 2026, though at the expense of Route 100, Route 727 service was finally able to launch on October 4, 2026 – providing an all-week-long link between Downtown St. Pete & TPA Airport between about 4:30am until about 10:00pm each day. Departures generally occur every hour & 15 minutes, with service improvements planned should additional funding become available. The operating schedule does account for heavy traffic periods – especially during weekdays.

Most trips are provided through Greyhound’s mainstay services.
However, some trips may be contracted to providers such as ESCOT Bus Lines, Umbrella Buses Inc., & others.
Because Flixbus is the parent of Greyhound here in the US, both companies utilize a unified reservation system. This means some trips booked will be provided by Greyhound Lines Inc., while other trips may be booked with Flixbus’ mainline service.
When booking trips, the service provider will be indicated for each trip segment.

- Served by PSTA Routes 300 (weekdays only) & 727 (daily).

Route 203
Route 203 provides limited weekday-only service into Manatee County. There is typically one AM round trip & one PM round trip per weekday.
The marked connection points with the 203 in Pinellas County are at the Bay Pines VA Medical Center (next to the PSTA Route 18 stop sign), & on Central Ave eastbound next to the Central Plaza shopping center (just steps away from the PSTA Grand Central Station complex). Secondary stops are located on 34th St S just north of 54th Ave S.
Walk a short distance to connect between MCAT Route 203 & PSTA Routes 5, 9, 11, 18, 34, & 66, as well as the PSTA Central Ave Trolley, SunRunner, & Spark.
RedCoach is a premium coach bus service that provides routes in a limited number of US states
