Welcome to the Votran Vehicle Fleet page! While I typically have everything clustered into one page for the smaller transit agencies, I’ve been able to collect a larger variety of transit vehicle photos than other smaller agencies. Therefore I’ve created a dedicated separate page for the fleet.

Votran currently possesses a fleet of roughly 70 fixed-route buses & roughly 45 paratransit vans (5 of them can be used for NSB Flex services). All of the fixed-route buses are Gillig Low Floors, with about 85% of the fleet being diesel & the remaining 15% being diesel-electric hybrid. Unfortunately, Votran has not had a good experience with hybrid buses, so they opted not to order anymore after 2013.

Retired Buses

Votran previously operated a fleet of Flxible Metro buses, as well as Gillig Phantoms. The agency also had a fleet of 29′ Gillig Low Floors that operated on lower ridership routes.
