Thank you visiting my website today! I hope you’ve enjoyed your visit! While you’re here, let me spend a moment to tell you a bit about myself.
My real name is Walt, and I was born in Angeles City, Philippines. I moved with my family to Tampa, FL, United States in the early 90s, after traveling cross-country from California. I have lived in Tampa ever since and have seen the city grow and grow. Since my childhood, I’ve always been fascinated with transportation; from airports to highways, to high-speed trains and urban subways. As a child, I used to draw illustrations of highway interchanges, overpasses, and bridges, as well as airports and rail stations. Today, I’ve been slowly working on several fantasy transport systems, which I showcase here on my website periodically.
Throughout the years, I’ve had the chance to use public transit systems in Tampa, Sarasota/Bradenton, Tallahassee, Savannah, New York City, Norfolk, Belgium, and France. I’ve also been able to use one of the primary and still popular mode of public transport in the Philippines, the Jeepney! I hope to be able to use the metro rail system in the Metro Manila area at some point in the distant future.
HARTride 2012’s Transit Journeys Map
Below is a map & running list of transit modes and agencies that I’ve be aboard.
Note: The map also includes transit agencies that I’ve observed, but never got to use.
Map Marker Key
- Green: Transit Agencies that I’ve used at least once.
- Light Blue: Transit Agencies that I’ve observed only.
Listing of transit agencies & routes I’ve used
Below is a running list of every transit agency that I’ve used, along with each route. Please keep in mind that routes are not provided for a few of the agencies that I’ve used outside of the U.S., as I do not recall exactly which ones I used.
Due to system redesigns that have taken place over time, some agency route listings will have split column sections.
