In addition to my Facebook Page, I also manage four Facebook Groups – each with a different focus.
The Global Transit Guidebook Forum serves the purpose of freely sharing transit information, news, and photos within a group environment. I will also from time to time ask for ideas for my website, as well feedback on upcoming website updates.
Whether you’re seasoned transit enthusiast, or just getting into the hobby; the Global Transit Enthusiast Lounge is the place to talk about transit and share your photography, real-time tracker screen captures, and more! You can even submit your own photos to be featured in my monthly Showcase post here on the site.
Inspired by the growing popularity of the Tales from the Bus Facebook Group founded by Katya Duft, The Travel Log aims to allow transit riders to share their stories and photos of their travels via transit – whether it be a leisurely trip, or a normal work/school commute, or whatever the case may be! I typically post in this group whenever I’m on a transit adventure, including my recent travels to New York City.
This is an archived (inactive) group that was created to discuss ways to improve the TECOline Streetcar in Tampa, FL. I deactivated this group on January 31, 2017 due to low participation and to allow transit advocacy groups such as the Sunshine Citizens & Transit Now Tampa Bay to take the lead in spurring such discussions.
